This Turramurra project combines a contemporary pool with an elevated spa and integrated lounge area, creating a versatile outdoor retreat that connects seamlessly with the home. Finished in DropEdge Travertine and sparkling Sky Light Blue mosaics, the pool exudes a refined elegance while providing practical functionality for year-round enjoyment. LED water bubblers in the shallow lounge area introduce movement and sound, adding sensory interest and a playful, relaxing atmosphere.
Textured Shellstone tiles—creamy beige with natural fossil detailing—define the coping and outdoor surfaces, offering both tactile warmth and slip resistance. The warm, earthy tones of the stone contrast beautifully with the vibrant teal-blue water, enhancing the visual appeal and creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor experience.

Client Vision
The client wanted an outdoor retreat that could “breathe” from within the house, ensuring the pool area became an integral visual extension of the interior living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the water and stone finishes, allowing the calming presence of the pool and spa to be enjoyed from inside the home at any time of day.
The result is a space that balances relaxation, entertaining, and architectural presence—where water, light, and natural materials combine to create a harmonious retreat.
